Three Duke standouts were selected inside the top 10 of the 2025 NBA Draft, marking another strong showing for the storied program.
Cooper Flagg, Kon Knueppel, and Khaman Maluach all heard their names called within the first third of the opening round.
Flagg became the latest Blue Devil to go no. 1 overall, selected by the Dallas Mavericks.

The 10th pick was originally part of a package the Rockets received from Phoenix in a reported deal centered around two-time NBA champion Kevin Durant.

However, in a draft-night twist, Houston flipped the selection back to the Suns in exchange for future assets.
All three Duke products were one-and-done freshmen who helped lead the Blue Devils to a Final Four appearance this past season.
It marks just the third time in program history that Duke has produced three lottery picks in a single draft, matching its hauls in 1999 and 2019.
