Coast-to-Coast: Thunder get revenge on Cavs; Kings keep striding in Doug Christie era

The OKC Thunder now shared the best overall record with Cleveland after crushing the Cavaliers, while Devin Booker bannered the Phoenix Suns to their fourth win in the last five games. 


THUNDER BLOWOUT CAVS; KINGS WIN THRILLER

  • OKC Thunder (34-6) def. Cleveland Cavaliers (34-6), 134-114: In a rematch between the two league-leading teams, the Thunder ran the Cavaliers out of the building early for a dominating win.

  • Indiana Pacers (23-19) def. Detroit Pistons (21-20), 111-100: Myles Turner and Pascal Siakam took charge with a combined 54-point effort in the Pacers’ seventh win in the last eight games. 

 

  • Sacramento Kings (21-20) def. Houston Rockets (27-13), 132-127: DeMar DeRozan and Malik Monk took over late as the Kings snapped the Rockets five-game winning streak in a thrilling finish.

DEVIN BOOKER STAYS HOT FOR SUNS 

  • Phoenix Suns (20-20) def. Washington Wizards (6-35), 130-123: Devin Booker stayed hot on the offensive end as the Suns survived a scare against the Wizards. 

  • Book Buckets: Devin Booker went off with 37 points, his fourth-consecutive 30-plus game, on top of five assists and four dimes to help Phoenix climb back to .500.

  • LA Clippers (34-6) def. Portland Trail Blazers (13-27), 118-89: The Clippers now won three straight with a combined winning margin of 99.
