What went down
The Philadelphia 76ers snapped their three-game losing skid at the expense of the surging Sacramento Kings, 112-93.
With MVP center Joel Embiid sidelined due to a reported knee swelling, the 76ers found their leader in Tobias Harris.
The 6-foot-8 power forward tallied a season-high 37 points, including 14 points in the first quarter which helped open the lead that eventually Kings were not able recover.
It’s actually the first time in Harris’ career that he put up 30+ points in back to back games.

The win gave Philadelphia a 24-13 record and third spot in the Eastern Conference.
De’Aaron Fox still managed to put up 21 though, while Domantas Sabonis threw in 14 points for Sacramento.
With the loss, the Kings drop to 23-15 for fifth place in the Western Conference.
The other games of the day featured the Pistons securing a comfortable win over the Bulls, Poole and the Wizards taking advantage of the Grizzlies, Pacers rolling past the Cavaliers, and the Timberwolves snatching a win from the Butler-less Miami Heat.
Big-time baller
When we say big-time baller, we mean big time.
Two-time MVP Nikola Jokic put up his 12th triple-double of the season with 27 points, 10 rebounds, and 14 assists to help the Denver Nuggets take down the New Orleans Pelicans.
The most beautiful play to come out of this ball game is this ridiculous no-look pass to Aaron Gordon.
What a guy.
What he said
"Ah man, way to bring up the bad news first!"
Klay Thompson managed to crack a joke this time as the Golden State Warriors climbed out of a low-scoring first half against the Chicago Bulls.
Everyone was waiting all season for Klay Thompson to return to his old form and provide help to his partner Stephen Curry. Today, he looked like the vintage Klay with the hot hands, finishing with 30 points in the victory to stop their two-game losing skid.

Did you see that?
No Jimmy Butler, no Tyler Herro. Duncan Robinson probably told coach Erik Spoelstra, "I got 'ya."
Check out his fake to sink this triple. He actually had four long shots made as part of a 23-point production.
Duncan Robinson got 'em on the fake and drains the TRIPLE 👌

Extra Pass
The Los Angeles Lakers will head to Salt Lake City to face the Utah Jazz at the Delta Center on Sunday, January 14, Philippine time.
The Lakers are coming off a loss to the Phoenix Suns, when LeBron James and Anthony Davis combined for only 23 points. They also turned the ball over 18 times. They’ve been struggling since the In-Season Tournament and are now a little outside postseason contention.
On the other hand, the Jazz have been winning games left and right when on the road. Utah recently beat the reigning champs Nuggets, and won over other elite teams like the Bucks and the Sixers.
Catch the Lakers and Jazz tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. via League Pass and at 1 p.m. delayed telecast on NBA TV Philippines.
