It’s a new year but with the same Nikola Jokic.

Jokic dropped his second straight triple-double and 14th overall this season, leading a resounding 139-120 rout of the Atlanta Hawks for a third straight win.

The three-time MVP accomplished the feat in just three quarters and ended up with 23 points, 17 rebounds, and 15 assists in 29 minutes of play.

Russell Westbrook added a 16-point, 11-assist double-double just one day removed when he and Jokic recorded triple-double outings in a 132-121 win over the Utah Jazz.

Michael Porter Jr. and Jamal Murray unloaded 21 markers each as Denver broke the game wide open with a 41-24 third quarter. The Nuggets improved to a 19-13 mark.

Trae Young, meanwhile, had his 30-point outing for naught for the Hawks, who saw their four-game winning streak broken and slipped outside of the East's top six.
