For the first time in over a month, Michael Porter Jr. and the Denver Nuggets have gone streaking.

Porter Jr. scored 12 of his 17 points in the third quarter and the Nuggets turned on the jets in the second half to wallop the Los Angeles Clippers, 120-98.

Jamal Murray led the Nuggets in scoring with 20 markers, but it was MPJ who ignited a 35-22 third frame that paved the way for their first win of the season against the Ty Lue-mentored squad.

Three-time MVP Nikola Jokic posted 16 points and seven rebounds while Aaron Gordon and Payton Watson added 14 apiece.

For the first time since November 5, Denver won back-to-back games and now improved to 13-10.

Meanwhile, Norman Powell and Kevin Porter Jr. each scored 16 points to take the scoring cudgles for the Clips, who absorbed their third-straight loss.

James Harden chipped 15 more while Ivica Zubac and Bones Hyland put up 13 markers apiece for the now 14-12 LA squad.

Up next for the Clippers are the Utah Jazz (5-18) at home while Nuggets will kick off a three-game road trip starting against the Kings (13-13) in Sacramento.
