Jackie Young records her 2nd career…
Chelsea Gray put Las Vegas ahead 46-44 with a four-point play early in the third quarter. But as the Dream briefly regained the lead, they went without a field goal for the final 6:28 of the period.
Dana Evans scored a layup, Wilson followed with eight straight points, and Jewell Loyd added five during a 15-0 run that gave the Aces a 61-48 cushion entering the fourth.
Atlanta made one last push, cutting the deficit to three at 73-70 after a Te-Hina Paopao triple with just over a minute to go. But Loyd and Gray answered with back-to-back threes of their own, slamming the door shut.
Brionna Jones and Rhyne Howard paced the Dream with 19 points apiece, while Allisha Gray chipped in 15. Atlanta had entered the matchup having won nine of its last 11.
Next up, the Aces face a marquee showdown with the league-leading Lynx—a potential Finals preview—while the Dream look to regroup against the Dallas Wings.
