Playing their third game in the last four days, it’s the same golden outcome for Stephen Curry and the Warriors.

Curry unleashed 36 points for this third consecutive 30-point game, helping Golden State brush off a slow start to foil Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets, 118-104, Saturday, April 5.

The 37-year-old superstar also drained seven threes to help the Warriors overcome an early 12-point deficit and extended their winning streak to five.

Brandin Podziemski sustained his hot form after chipping 26 points on top of eight rebounds, six dimes, and four threes. With yet another victory, the Warriors improved to 46-31 and only trailed one game behind the Nuggets (47-31) for the West no. 3 seed.

Meanwhile, Jokic fell one assist shy of a triple-double behind his own 31 points, 11 rebounds, and nine dimes. It was the three-time MVP’s first game since producing a 61-point triple-double masterpiece in a double overtime loss against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Denver fell to 47-31 with a third consecutive loss.

Up next for the Warriors are the West no. 2 Houston Rockets (51-27) while the Nuggets return home to battle the Indiana Pacers (46-31).
