Jaylen Brown would not simply let the Boston Celtics lose three in a row.

The reigning Finals MVP exploded for a season-high 44 points in anchoring a commanding Celtics 142-105 romp of the Indiana Pacers to halt a two-game losing skid, Saturday, December 28.

Jayson Tatum added 22 markers while Payton Pritchard flirted with a triple-double with 18 points, 10 assists, and eight rebounds for the 23-8 Boston squad.

Meanwhile, Tyrese Haliburton topscored the Pacers, who fell to 15-17 with the loss, with 19 in a losing effort as Bennedict Mathurin and Pascal combined for 32 markers.

Both teams will meet again for their final regular season clash on Monday, December 30.
