Another day, another Luka Magic triple-double.

Luka Doncic is averaging 35 points, 11 rebounds, and 12 assists per game in the Dallas Mavericks’ last seven games.
Luka Doncic recorded his seventh-straight triple-double to carry the Dallas Mavericks to a 35-point road rout of the Chicago Bulls, 127-92, for a third straight win. Doncic created 27 points, 14 rebounds, and 12 assists but fell short of another 30-point triple double. Entering the game, Luka was riding a NBA-record six-straight game of the said feat. The reigning NBA Player of the Month started strong in the opening frame, pouring 15 points, six rebounds, and six dimes already. Dallas outscored Chicago, 44-16, in the first 12 minutes of the game. Doncic also made history when he moved up to second spot in the Mavericks’ all-time three-pointers made list with 1,143. Only Dirk Nowitzki (1,982) remained in front of the Slovenian superstar.

Rookie Derrick Lively added a career-high 22 points, seven boards, along with a couple of steals and blocks.

Daniel Gafford played his best game as a Maverick with 20 points, seven rebounds, and two blocks while going nine-out-of-nine from the field.

With another perfect night, the Landlord set a NBA record for most consecutive field goals made since the play-by- 1997-98 season with 23. He finished with 28, seven short of the all-time NBA record of 35 set by Wilt Chamberlain in 1967.

Dallas shot 55% (51-93) from the field and held the Bulls to a measly 21% 3FG (7/34).

The Mavericks rolled to a third straight win after losing three successive ones.

Onuralp Bitim topscored Chicago, who lost back-to-back games with 17 points. DeMar DeRozan and Nikola Vucevic added 13 apiece.

Dallas hiked its record to 37-28, just a few percentage points trailing the seventh-ranked Sacramento Kings, and two-and-a-half games back of the sixth-seed New Orleans Pelicans (39-25).

The Bulls slid down to 31-24 and are just hanging tight in the final two seeds for the NBA Play-In Tournament.
