Tyrese Haliburton returned and nailed one of the most clutch moments this season. Meanwhile, the playoff-bound Cleveland Cavaliers continued their record-setting season, Zion Williamson secured a triple-double, and the Detroit Pistons spiced up a three-time contention for East's no. 4 spot. 


HALIBURTON'S HEROICS SAVES PACERS; CAVS CLAIM 15TH STRAIGHT DUB

  • Indiana Pacers (36-28) def. Milwaukee Bucks (36-28), 115-114: Tyrese Haliburton hit a leaning triple over Giannis Antetokounmpo plus the foul with 3.1 ticks left, saving the day for the Pacers against the Bucks in a wild ending.

  • Cleveland Cavaliers (55-10) def. Brooklyn Nets (22-43), 109-104: Darius Garland came alive in the fourth to steer the white-hot Cavaliers and avoided the upset axe of the Nets, claiming their second 15-game winning streak of the season.

  • Detroit Pistons (37-29) def. Washington Wizards (13-51), 123-103: Cade Cunningham finished two rebounds shy of a triple-double for the Pistons’ 12th dub in their last 15 games. 

  • Crowded at the Middle: Cunningham collected 27 markers, 10 boards, and eight dimes as Detroit (37-29) joined the Milwaukee Bucks and Indiana Pacers (36-28) in a heated race for the East no. 4 with one month left into the regular season.
  • New Orleans Pelicans (18-48) def. LA Clippers (35-30), 127-120: Zion Williamson tallied his second career triple-double to help the Pelicans end a four-game losing skid. 

 

  • Anotha' One for Zion: Williamson dished out a career-high 12 assists on top 22 points and 10 rebounds, tallying another trip-dub just two weeks after notching his first career one against the Phoenix Suns.
