This marked the third consecutive First Team nod for Gilgeous-Alexander, who led the Thunder to a league-best 68–14 record.
He averaged 32.7 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 6.4 assists across 76 games, scoring 20 or more points in 72 straight contests.
Jokic, a three-time MVP, earned his seventh consecutive All-NBA selection after posting 29.6 points, 12.7 rebounds, and a career-high 10.2 assists—becoming just the third player in league history to average a triple-double over a season.
Antetokounmpo picked up his seventh straight First Team honor and ninth overall after averaging 30.4 points, 11.9 rebounds, and 6.5 assists per game.
The 30-year-old became the first player in NBA history to average a 30-10-5 stat line for three consecutive seasons.
Tatum secured his fifth straight All-NBA selection and fourth in a row on the First Team, while Mitchell received his first-ever First Team honor after leading the Cavaliers to 64 wins and the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference.
Meanwhile, Jalen Brunson (New York Knicks), Stephen Curry (Golden State Warriors), Anthony Edwards (Minnesota Timberwolves), LeBron James (Los Angeles Lakers), and Evan Mobley (Cavaliers) make up the All-NBA Second Team.
The 40-year-old James extended his record with a 21st career All-NBA selection, having been named to either the First, Second, or Third Team every season since 2004–05. Curry earned his 11th career nod.
Brunson and Edwards made the Second Team for the second straight year, while Mobley—the 2025 NBA Defensive Player of the Year—makes his All-NBA debut.
Furthermore, Cade Cunningham (Detroit Pistons), Tyrese Haliburton (Indiana Pacers), James Harden (LA Clippers), Karl-Anthony Towns (Knicks), and Jalen Williams (Thunder) completed the All-NBA Third Team.
Haliburton earned his second consecutive Third Team selection, while Towns picked up his third. Cunningham and Williams are first-time honorees.
Harden, meanwhile, secured his eighth All-NBA selection and first since 2020.
