The Oklahoma City Thunder made sure there was no repeat of Game 1.

With a masterful performance fueled by defensive intensity and MVP-level brilliance, the Thunder defeated the Indiana Pacers, 123–107, in Game 2 of the 2025 NBA Finals on Monday (PH time), tying the series at 1–1 as it shifts to Indianapolis.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander once again led the way for Oklahoma City, posting 34 points, five rebounds, eight assists, and four steals in a commanding effort.

The Thunder seized full control in the second quarter and never let go, building a lead that ballooned to as many as 23 points.

Unlike their Game 1 collapse, OKC showed poise and composure throughout, getting key contributions from Alex Caruso (20 points) and Jalen Williams (19) to keep Indiana at bay.

Indiana had another balanced showing, with seven players scoring in double figures, but lacked the late-game magic that carried them in the series opener.

Tyrese Haliburton, the Game 1 hero, led the Pacers with 17 points.

Game 3 is set for Thursday (PH time) at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, where the Pacers will look to regain momentum on their home floor.
