What went down
With a busy 14 games on the slate, here are a couple of things that stood out:
LeBron James came back after missing five games, scored 21 points, and delivered a win versus the Spurs. Laker Nation no doubt celebrated the King’s return. AD won’t have to work two shifts.
If a combined 83 points from Trae Young and Dejounte Murray can’t beat the Rockets, then what can?
The Utah Jazz went all-in against the defending champs Warriors until Steph Curry put his foot down in the fourth and said, “Enough!” Curry scored 13 of his 33 points in the final period to put away the Jazz.
Ben Simmons shot a perfect 8-of-8 from the field and added six rebounds and three assists. Still, the Nets lost to the Pacers by 11.
Big-time ballers
Giannis Antetokounmpo held a personal dunkfest versus Cleveland, sparking a comeback victory for Milwaukee. The Greek Freak scored 38 points on an efficient 65 percent shooting. He won’t go home angry after this game.
🦌 Giannis was a FREIGHT TRAIN in the @Bucks win, throwing down dunk after dunk on his way to 38 PTS in the comeback win!@Giannis_An34: 38 PTS (65% FG), 9 REB, 6 AST, 2 BLK pic.twitter.com/fvpfoh4sCV

Without Damian Lillard clocking in Dame Time in New York, Jerami Grant punched in and dropped a career-high 44 points in the overtime win against the Knicks. The 44 points are the most points scored by a Trail Blazer at Madison Square Garden.
Anfernee Simons almost came close with a record of his own by scoring 38 points for Portland.
Shake Milton also stepped up in the absence of James Harden, Tyrese Maxey, and Joel Embiid. Milton hung 24 points on the Magic, adding 10 assists and nine rebounds. Milton has been playing big for the Sixers lately, scoring in double figures in six of his last seven games.
Jalen Green also threw his name in the hat of big-time ballers with a 30-5-5 night in a huge win versus the Hawks.

What he said
SGA is a legit All-Star level hooper at this point, but what’s more important is that his OKC Thunder got the win in overtime against a tough Bulls team.
?That's what it's all about, getting better learning from your experiences.?

Did you see that?
Bam Adebayo played big against the Wizards, highlighting his 38-point game with this insane lob:
