Green, who was selected with the No. 2 pick in the 2021 NBA Draft, is averaging 14.1 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 2.2 assists this season and hopes to become the 15th rookie in All-Star history to win the Slam Dunk competition.
Toppin will be participating in the contest for the second straight year, while Anthony and Toscano-Anderson will be making their debuts. Topping reached the finals last season, but lost to Anfernee Simons of the Portland Trail Blazers.
The Slam Dunk Contest will be held after the Skills Challenge and 3-Point Contest on All-Star Saturday, Feb. 20.
Green and Anthony are also part of the player pool for the Clorox Rising Stars mini tournament.
