Promo Mechanics

• To join, participants need to tune in on NBA TV Philippines, One Sports and Pilipinas Live to look for the trivia question to be aired during breaks of the NBA game broadcast. See schedule below:

• Register once on the Cignal website, and enter the required fields:
  • Complete Name (as seen on valid ID)
  • Email Address
  • Mobile Number
  • Complete home address
  • Cignal Account Number (if applicable)
  • Favorite NBA Team **Drop down button
  • Favorite NBA player
  • Instagram handle (must be public)
  • Answer to the trivia question
  • Answer (Multiple choice)
  • Date question was flashed and which game it was seen

• After completing all the required steps, click “Submit” to officially submit the entry

• Deadline of submission of entries: February 16, 2025 at 11:59PM

• Winners will be drawn to receive the following prizes:

• Raffle of valid accounts will be done using a randomizer application via https://www.randomizer.org/. The randomizer application must be able to do the following:
  • Assign number of raffle entries
  • Draw a total of 15 winners
• NOTE: A systems check with DTI and Brand representatives prior to actual run of the promo will be scheduled.
• With the presence of DTI, Brand and Agency representatives, draw will be on February 21, 2025 at 3PM
• Prizes provided are TRANSFERABLE, BUT NOT convertible to cash.
• Winners shall be notified through registered mail, mobile phone, and email based on the subscriber's contact details in Cignal TV, Inc.'s records.
• Redemption/Claim period is within 60 days from receipt of registered mail.
• The winner must submit via email a Valid ID (ex. Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, etc.) with complete name, photo and correct address along with proof of account ownership to for validation. Prizes will be delivered to the registered address via a courier company. Delivery fee to be shouldered by Cignal TV, Inc.
• If prize will be claimed via an authorized representative the following shall be required:
  • Authorization Letter duly signed by the actual winner
  • ID of the actual winner
  • ID of the Authorized Representative (Name should be the same as stated in the Authorization Letter
• Employees of Cignal TV, Inc. and MediaQuest, its advertising and PR agencies and accredited service providers including relatives up to the second (2nd) degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The promo is available for Cignal & Non-Cignal subscribers who have access to the 3 channels that carry LIVE NBA Games - NBA TV Philippines, One Sports and Pilipinas Live.
2. Promo is available for Cignal & Non-Cignal subscribers in the Philippines.
3. Employees of Cignal TV, Inc. and MediaQuest, its advertising and PR agencies and accredited service providers including relatives up to the second (2nd) degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
4. Winners will be contacted via their registered email address and mobile number for verification.
5. One entry can only win once/ one prize and entry will no longer be included in succeeding raffle draws.
6. Prizes are not convertible to cash but transferrable to a third party.
7. Redemption/Claim period is within 60 days from receipt of registered mail
8. In the event that proposed prize is not available from supplier, Cignal TV reserves the right to replace said prize/s with product/s of the same value.
9. Cignal TV has the right to use photos of the winners in any form of publicity for the sweepstakes.
10. Cignal TV shall not be held liable to the winners for the postponement of cessation of the promo or for other incidents caused by war, terrorist attacks, flood, fire or for other reasons beyond their control.
11. NBA Properties, Inc., the National Basketball Association (the “NBA”) and the NBA member teams (collectively, the “NBA Entities”).
12. The NBA Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents shall have no liability and will be released and held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to winner or any third party or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize and/or participation in this promotion.
13. Employees of the NBA Entities, including affiliates, agents, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win the promotion.
14. Participants in this promotion (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and agree that the NBA entities and their designees and assigns may use the participant's name, voice, city/state of residence, photo, video or film clips, and/or visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission or notification.
