Once Shai Gilgeous-Alexander gets going, it’s basically game over for whoever the Oklahoma City Thunder is playing against.

SGA recorded his third 50-point game of the season in a commanding 140-109 Thunder rout of the Kevin Durant-less Phoenix Suns for a third straight win, Thursday, February 6.

The 26-year-old put on a scoring clinic, pouring 46 markers already by the end of the third frame.

OKC improved their record to a West-best 40-9, becoming the second team this season to reach 40 wins after the Cleveland Cavaliers (41).

Meanwhile, Bradley Beal led the Suns (25-25) with 25 points off the bench on the night Durant missed the game due to an ankle injury.

Oklahoma City hosts the Toronto Raptors (16-35) next while Phoenix returns home for a three-game stand starting against the Utah Jazz (11-37).
