Shai Gilgeous-Alexander put up 33 points for his 48th 30-point game of the season, anchoring the Oklahoma City Thunder's 119-103 decision over the short-handed Detroit Pistons for an 11th straight victory, Thursday, April 3.

It also marked the 64th straight game that SGA breached the 20-point barrier, tying legend Michael Jordan for the fourth longest single-season streak in league history.

Chet Holmgren racked up a 22-point, 11-rebound double-double, as the West no. 1 squad got the job done despite the Pistons’ coming to as close as four points in the final frame after trailing by as many as 17 points.

OKC also equaled the 1995-96 Seattle Supersonics for the most regular wins in franchise history with 64. That squad, bannered by Hall of Famers Shawn Kemp and Gary Payton, went on to reach the Finals before losing to the Jordan-led Chicago Bulls in six games.

Meanwhile, Tim Hardaway Jr. poured 23 markers in a valiant effort for the Pistons, who played without superstar Cade Cunningham (calf contusion), Jaden Ivey (fibula fracture), Isaiah Stewart (league suspension), Ron Holland II (league suspension), and Marcus Sasser (league suspension).

They slipped to 42-34 but stayed fifth in the East.

Oklahoma City will go for an 12th straight win when they visit the Houston Rockets (50-27), while Detroit travels up to Toronto to battle the Raptors (28-48).
