No Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving, no problem for the Dallas Mavericks.

Spencer Dinwiddie finished with an all-around game of 19 points, six rebounds, and eight assists in a commanding 118-97 rout of the Los Angeles Lakers that ended a five-game losing skid, Wednesday, January 8.

Four other Dallas players in Quentin Grimes (23), P.J. Washington (22), Jaden Hardy (15), and Klay Thompson (13) reached double-digit scoring in a balanced effort for the reigning Western Conference champions.

Dallas, who is also missing big man Daniel Gafford, won for the first time since their 98-89 victory over the Phoenix Suns last December 28 and improved to 21-16.

Meanwhile, Anthony Davis dropped a 21-point, 12-rebound double-double output in a losing effort for the Lakers. LeBron James posted with a 18-10-8 statline. LA fell to 20-16 with the loss.
