One game is all that stands between Anthony Edwards and a return trip to the Western Conference Finals.

Edwards scored 14 of Minnesota’s first 22 points in the third frame that keyed a 117-110 Game 4 dismissal of the Golden State Warriors, seizing a 3-1 series edge on Tuesday (PH time), May 13.

The 23-year-old finished with 30 markers, including 16 alone to start the second half, spiked on six threes as the Timberwolves improved to 4-1 on the road in this year's playoffs.

Minnesota started the second half trailing 58-60 before Edwards paced a dominant 39-17 stretch that broke the game wide open. They hit six threes during the quarter and took a 97-77 advantage entering the fourth.

Overall, the Timberwolves connected 16 triples, led by as many as 21 points, and scored their third straight win after dropping the series opener.

Julius Randle supplied a stellar 31-point production after securing his first career playoff triple–double in a 102-97 victory in their last outing.

The Timberwolves aim to eliminate the Warriors in Game 5 set on Thursday (PH time), May 15 back in Minnesota.

Meanwhile, Jonathan Kuminga once again paced the Warriors with a team-high 23 points off the bench.

Jimmy Butler and Draymond Green chipped 14 markers apiece, but the Warriors couldn’t recover from Minnesota third-quarter barrage and shot just a measly 7-for-25 clip from deep.

Superstar Stephen Curry missed his third straight game due to a left hamstring injury. He played 13 minutes in a Game 1 Warriors win in Minnesota but has not suited up since.
