Two of the greatest point guards in Philippine basketball linked up in Sac-Town.
Barangay Ginebra veteran LA Tenorio reunited with former Gilas teammate and current Sacramento Kings player development coach Jimmy Alapag on Saturday, April 12.
With the Barangay Ginebra yet to make their Philippine Cup debut, Tenorio is making the most of the opportunity to catch up with Alapag.
It also marked the first time the 40-year-old met with the “Mighty Mouse” since Tinyente was named as the head coach of the Gilas Pilipinas Youth team in November 2024. He took over the post from TNT Tropang Giga assistant Josh Reyes.
