James has dealt with numerous injuries this season, including a sore ankle, abdominal strain and knee soreness.

Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James will miss Wednesday’s contest against the Philadelphia 76ers because of left knee soreness.

James will miss his 19th game this season.

The 37-year-old superstar is currently the NBA’s top scorer, maintaining a thin lead over Joel Embiid. He’s averaging 30 points, 8.2 rebounds and 6.3 assists per contest this season, his 19th in the NBA.

The Lakers are 31-41 and ninth in the Western Conference standings.
