The Dallas Mavericks sealed a thrilling 107-105 victory over the Denver Nuggets on Monday (PHL time) with a dramatic left-handed buzzer-beater from Kyrie Irving.

With this victory, the Mavericks are now tied with Phoenix and Sacramento for the sixth playoff spot in the fiercely-competitive Western Conference.
The Nuggets, despite rallying from a 13-point deficit in the fourth quarter and briefly taking the lead with Jamal Murray's 3-pointer, ultimately fell short.
Doncic quickly responded with a long-range shot to tie the game at 105-105.
Then in the final seconds, Irving, under pressure from Nikola Jokic, managed to sink the winning shot with a left-handed dribble, securing the victory as the buzzer sounded.

The Nuggets saw their impressive five-game road winning streak come to an end, marking the first time in franchise history that they had achieved such a feat, all with double-digit differentials.
Despite this loss, Denver remains a strong contender in the Western Conference, now trailing Oklahoma City by just half a game for the top spot with a 47-21 record.
This defeat also marks only the second loss for the Nuggets since the All-Star break, as their post-All-Star record stands at an impressive 11-2.
