In the two games he played, Kai Sotto averaged three points, three rebounds, 1.5 blocks, and one assist in 10.5 minutes of playing time.

Kai Sotto wrapped up his NBA 2K24 Summer League campaign on Sunday (PHT) after seeing limited minutes in the Orlando Magic’s 94-77 loss to the Boston Celtics in Las Vegas.

The 7-foot-3 Filipino center had to exit the game early due to reported back pain. He tallied two rebounds, one assist, and one block in eight minutes of action in the first half.

Sotto played two games in total as the Magic ended the tournament with a 0-5 record.

“Always thankful for the opportunities and blessings no matter how things turn out. I'll be back,” Sotto said in an Instagram post.

After his first-ever NBA Summer League stint, Sotto is expected to join Gilas Pilipinas in the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 in August hosted by the Philippines, Japan, and Indonesia.
