Kai Sotto finally made his NBA 2K24 Summer League debut in the Orlando Magic's 88-71 loss to the Portland Trail Blazers at the Thomas & Mack Arena in Las Vegas on Friday Manila time.
The 7-3 Sotto finished the game with six points, four rebounds, three blocks, and one assist in a little over 13 minutes of playing time.
Sotto logged DNPs in Orlando's first three games but finally saw action—to the delight of Filipino basketball fans around the world—when he entered the court at the start of the second quarter with the Magic down by double digits.
Orlando, which remains winless in the summer tournament with a 0-4 record, will play the Boston Celtics next on Sunday, July 16 at 6:30 AM via NBA League Pass.
