Oklahoma City Thunder guard Josh Giddey and Orlando Magic forward Franz Wagner have been named the NBA Rookies of the Month for December.

Josh Giddey | Oklahoma City Thunder
Giddey continues to lead all rookies in assists per game (6.4 apg) and ranks third in rebounds (7.3 rpg) and is No. 8 in scoring (11.0 ppg). He recently became the youngest player in NBA history to log a triple-double and in December averaged 11.8 ppg, 7.1 rpg and 6.7 apg and amassed three double-doubles.
Franz Wagner | Orlando Magic
Wagner is the No. 1 scorer among rookies (15.9 ppg), ranks third in 3-pointers made (61), 3-point percentage (37%) and No. 8 in rebounding (4.6 rpg). In December, he averaged 19.5 ppg and scored a season-high 38 points in a Dec. 28 loss to the Milwaukee Bucks and scored 20 or more points seven times that month (after logging two such games total before December).
