It was indeed a special night for Filipino NBA fans when the Houston Rockets hosted the Utah Jazz on Friday (PHT).

For the first time in NBA history, two players of Filipino descent—Jordan Clarkson and Jalen Green—shared the court and played in the same game.

Clarkson, the league's reigning Sixth Man of the Year, finished with 16 points in 24 minutes. He shot 6-of-16 from the field and added six rebounds and three assists in the Jazz's 122-91 win. Meanwhile, Green, an early top candidate for the Rookie of the Year award, ended up with 13 points, three rebounds, three assists, a steal, and a block.

After the game, the two Filipino-Americans interacted with Pinoy NBA fans through a special Q&A event organized by the Rockets as part of Filipino Heritage Night.
