It was just a year ago when the 30-year-old forward first set foot in the country, greeted with a warm reception by Filipino fans who have followed his journey since his early days with the Los Angeles Lakers.

During that visit, Kuzma opened up about lessons learned under the late Kobe Bryant, and even shared how his style off the court has evolved alongside his game.

Now entering his ninth season in the league, Kuzma is looking to build on a strong debut year with Milwaukee after being acquired in a midseason trade for Khris Middleton.

In 33 games with the Bucks, he averaged 14.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 2.6 assists while hitting 33% from beyond the arc.

The road ahead in Milwaukee is different from the one he joined last February. The Bucks have lost Damian Lillard and Brook Lopez, but added Myles Turner, who now teams up with two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, this offseason.
