After a Trey Murphy triple that cut the Magic’s lead to seven at 76-69 in the third, Orlando responded with 19-6 blasto capped off by a Banchero breakaway slam to end the quarter and never looked back.

The Jamahl Mosley-led squad outshot the Pelicans beyond the arc holding a +8 advantage in the total threes made and enjoyed a 40-33 rebounding edge.

With the win, the Magic (42-28) are closing in on the New York Knicks (41-27) for the fourth spot in the East as the Pelicans (42-27) remained in the fifth spot in the West, one-and-a-half game back of the fourth-ranked LA Clippers (43-25).
