LeBron James has an NBA record of 19 Christmas Day game appearances, dropping 31 points and 10 assists for the Los Angeles Lakers against the Golden State Warriors.

In a thrilling Christmas Day showdown, the Los Angeles Lakers edged the Golden State Warriors 115-113, thanks to Austin Reaves’ game-winning layup with one second remaining.

Reaves capped an incredible triple-double performance of 26 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists, sealing a memorable holiday victory for the Lakers.

The game featured an epic duel between two NBA icons. LeBron James, playing in an NBA-record 19th Christmas Day game, delivered 31 points and 10 assists.

Meanwhile, Stephen Curry dazzled with 38 points, drilling eight three-pointers, including two late triples to tie the game at 113-all with seven seconds left.

James, now 11-8 in Christmas Day games, passed former teammate Dwyane Wade for the most holiday wins in NBA history.

Curry also etched his name in the record books, becoming the seventh player with at least 11 Christmas Day starts, joining James, Kobe Bryant, and other legends.

The Lakers overcame adversity, losing Anthony Davis early to a sprained left ankle and missing key players D’Angelo Russell and Jaxson Hayes due to injuries.

Despite the setbacks, the Lakers improved to 17-13, while the Warriors, who have lost 11 of their last 14 games, fell to 15-14.

Draymond Green picked up his eighth technical foul of the season by grabbing two Lakers with him, edging closer to the league’s suspension threshold of 16.

The Warriors will need to regroup after another tough loss, while the Lakers ride the momentum of their holiday heroics.
