Portland Trail Blazers guard CJ McCollum will be re-evaluated in four weeks after being diagnosed with a fracture in his left foot.
McCollum was injured in Portland’s recent victory over the Hawks. The injury sidetracks a career year for the eighth-year guard, who is averaging personal bests in scoring (26.7 points per game), assists (5 per game), steals (1.3 per game) and overall shooting efficiency (62 true shooting percentage).
INJURY UPDATE: Further imaging reveals CJ McCollum with a small hairline fracture to the lateral cuneiform in his left foot and a mid-foot sprain. McCollum will wear a walking boot and be re-evaluated in four weeks.
